Cell Phone Makers lose radiation case

In what could signal big news down the road, cell phone makers have lost a case concerning radiation.
Nokia argued that building a national wireless network is a national treasure:
Andrew McBride, Nokia’s attorney, said that federal rules must be protected because “a reliable and seamless interstate wireless network is a national resource — essential to homeland security, public safety, and the economic health of this country.”
Apparently the appeal to national security was rejected by the courts. Nokia is appealing the decision.
