Motorola settled an $11.5 million lawsuit it filed on their Ex-President, Mike Zafirovski. The company and Zafirovski were at odds over his new job at Nortel Networks.
According to a news story:
Motorola said the settlement “reaffirms Zafirovski’s obligations to protect Motorola’s trade secrets and confidential information.” It also includes an $11.5 million cash payment to Schaumburg, Ill.-based Motorola and restricts Nortel and Zafirovski from recruiting Motorola employees.
The lawsuit ends the animosity between Zafirovski and his former employer.
