Nokia Buys Finnish Handset Maker Telsim

Nokia has finalized an agreement to buy the Finnish company, Telsim.

Telsim specializes in manufacturing Cell Phone Handsets, and was purchased for 341.25 million dollars.

Telsim was taken over in August by the Turkish Savings and Deposit Insurance Fund after the company defaulted on debts.
