It isn’t just about ringtones anymore!

Motorola is introducing a new music service called I Radio that allows consumers to enjoy their favorite music or other audio programming commercial free.

The nice thing is that I Radio wil work in your home with a wireless Bluetooth adapter, as well as play seamlessly from your car tuner. I Radio isn’t like a satellite radio service, because you never lose reception. All digital files are stored on your radio enabled cell phone assuring that your music always plays loud and clear.

In the event that you get an incoming phone call while you’re listening to your tunes, I Radio will pause automatically so you can take your call and restart once your finished talking.

What do you need to get started? A cell phone with I Radio cababilities, a subscription to I Radio, a PC that runs Windows and a broadband connection to the internet.

This service is not yet available in the US, but is coming soon.

I’ll stay abreast of this product release and update availability, pricing and other pertinent information, or you can visit Motorola for more details.
