The Samsung SCH-a990. America’s First 3.2 Megapixel Camera
July 6, 2006 – 9:02 amSamsung announced the release of the first 3.2 megapixel camera in America.
The Samsung SCH-a990 is serviced by Verizon and puts a powerful high definition camera in your hot little hands.
The SCH-a990 also provides a number of multimedia capabilities including video recording, access to Verizon’s V Cast Programming, and is Bluetooth enabled. One nice thing about this phone is that you can print your photos without using wires if you have a Bluetooth enabled printer. Photo editing software is installed on the SCH-a990 so you can make adjustments to your shots without opening Photoshop or another editing program.
This phone can be used to view video clips, listen to and download music, games, ringtones, and wallpaper. It can also be used as a camcorder to record for up to 1 hour or used to browse the “Mobile” web wirelessly.
The Samsung SCH-a990 costs $400.00 retail and will be available in Verizon stores on July 24, 2006.
