Congrats to Paul Dollar on Winning the Re*Generation Charm Contest

Today Virgin Mobile USA and Virgin Unite (Virgin’s charitable organization) released the name of the winner of their Re*Generation Contest. Entrants of this contest were asked to design a charm that showed their personal commitment to raise the awareness of at-risk children.

Paul Dollar of Miami Florida won the grand prize, A “Wake Up Trip” to Africa will allow him to see activists on a global scale. Of his design he said:

“The idea behind the image I created is that while people have the power to change things, we usually keep it inside,” “Really dedicated people can bring that energy out and use it to mold the world into a better place.”

His winning design features a pair of hands holding an illuminated blue globe. Virgin Mobile USA will produce and distribute his design.

Four runner-ups will get to participate in a National “Wake Up Trip” to New Orleans.
