Nokia N93 Awarded European Multimedia Phone

Today Nokia announced that they have been awarded as the European Media Phone of the Year for 2006-2007 by the European Imaging and Sound Association (EISA).

The EISA is Europe’s largest multimedia press organization.

Nokia was recognized for exceptional still photo and video quality, as well as mobile connectivity to the web. Video editing, printing capabilities and the digital music player were also reasons for acolades.

The N93 started shipping in European markets in July 2006 and has not yet been released in American markets.
