Today Faith Mobile and Crisp Wireless announced a deal to offer faith based content to subscribers beginning September 8, 2006.

Content is slated to include inspirational audio, ringtones, video, wallpapers and screensavers.

“We are excited about partnering with a technology solution like Crisp, because it offers us such a wide range of options. The whole idea of putting this type of content on the mobile phone is to make that device a portable sanctuary — and Crisp Wireless helps us do that,” said Martha Cotton, Director of FaithMobile(TM). “We are looking to provide industry-first experiences for the faith community as well.”

Crisp currently provides mobile applications and content management solutions to an estimated 8 million mobile users. Faith Mobile is looking to develop a teen portal called FaithXL to grow their subscriber base later this fall.
