LG Shine KE970 Launched In Sabah

LG has been doing quite a few product releases in recent weeks. Their newest release is the LG Shine KE970, which is a slider-phone known for its’ sleek styling and decent feature-set. The release happened in Kota Kinabalu, and the company plans on shipping units immediatedly.

Kim said LG Shine has sold 180,000 units since November 2006.

He said in Europe 200,000 units were sold within the first month of its launching, an average of 3,500 units sold a day.

He said LG was targeting sales of 78 million of LG’s handphone globally including more than 13.5 million GSM units in Asia, the Middle East and Africa in 2007.

Kim added that LG Shine were available at all LG Mobile authorised dealers.

Demand in Malaysia is expected to stay strong.
