Delaware Does Not Enact Handsfree Law

May 11, 2007 – 5:43 pm

Drivers in Delaware won’t be required to go handsfree with their cellular phones just yet.

Legislation was not passed that would enact a $50.00 fine for drivers using handheld cellphones while at the wheel. The representative that stands behind the bill isn’t giving up on his vision
for safety on the roads.
