FCC Approves Apple iPhone
May 18, 2007 – 8:02 amYesterday the FCC approved Apple’s newest phone, the iPhone. This is a standard certification process that all mobile phones must go through in the United States. and means that Apple is on target to release iPhone as scheduled.

“We’re on track to release it in late June,” agreed Mark Siegel, a spokesman for AT&T Inc.’s Cingular, the cellular carrier with an exclusive contract to distribute the highly anticipated product. “Nothing has changed.”
That means there isn’t much longer before this awesome looking converged device hits the
streets!
