One accessory that is gaining popularity with cell phone users is a wireless phone headset which is often referred to as a Bluetooth device. There are many reasons that wireless phone headsets are being used more frequently.
Many States are banning the use of handheld mobile phones while driving because of the danger they pose when used behind the wheel of a car. Violators of these law could face potential fines if they are pulled over and found to be making calls, other than to report an emergency. The use of wireless phone headsets do not have the same limitations.
A lot of mobile phones now serve as FM radio tuners or MP3 players. A Bluetooth device allows you to pipe your favorite music into your ear without disturbing others and without using a separate device. Models like the Nokia 5700 Xpressmusic and the Sony Ericsson w880i are two examples of mobile phones that serve as digital music players.
Of course, making wireless phone calls is another benefit. Many wireless headsets are designed to fit comfortably on your ear or fit on your eyewear. This way you don’t tire out your shoulder and arm holding a mobile phone up in order to talk. It also freaks people out when they think that your talking to yourself when you’re at a store.
If you haven’t already invested in one of these handy devices, you should! Just make sure that the make and model is compatible of the wireless phone headset works with your mobile phone before purchasing.
