Verizon Wireless Launches Website Tailored To Spanish Speaking Customers

Today Verizon Wireless announced that they have launched a new website to cater to their Spanish speaking customers.

Customers entering the site will find easy-to-use, layered pages and tools to guide them in Spanish, and online, in-language customer support. Updated sections include “Features and Downloads,” which now has more product and service information and other offers in Spanish, and the redesigned “Mi Cuenta,” which lets customers view and manage their accounts online, including shopping for the latest wireless phones and accessories entirely in Spanish. The Spanish-language Web site now features an interactive, click-through function and Web pages that closely mirror the company’s highly respected English-language Web site.
