Firmware Update 1.1.2 For iPhone This Friday?

If you’re an iPhone user that was able to live through the first firmware update without getting your mobile phone “bricked” - good on you!

Word has it that iPhone has another firmware update slated for very soon, possibly this Friday, in conjunction with the phones release in Germany and the U.K. The European version of the iPhone will have firmware version 1.1.2 already installed.

Much like the first update, users that have made modifications to “unlock” their phone or are running third party applications will have to hold their breath since this firmware update is likely to make these iPhones unusable.
