Verizon Wireless just announced the addition of the LG Dare to their lineup of available mobile phones.

The LG Dare

The LG Dare has a large 3 inch touchscreen, handwriting recognition, 3.2 megapixel camera with face detection and flash, and unique photo editing capabilities. It can also be used to browse the mobile internet.

Other features of the LG Dare include:

The LG Dare will be available at Verizon Wireless on July 3, 2008. It will cost $199.99 after a $50 mail in rebate and a new two year customer agreement.
