Nokia To Release The Tube - iPhone Rival

It comes as no surprise that Nokia has an iPhone killer in the works. Nokia recently announced a Smartphone that’s been codenamed the “Tube” and gives the iPhone a run for its’ money.

“It’s our first touch device” said Tom Libretto, vice president of Forum Nokia. Interfacing with the system is done via touch similar to the iPhone.

The Tube mobile phone will allow users to upload videos and will support Java, something that the iPhone does not do. There’s no word on the price or when Nokia will begin shipping the “Tube” but I’ll bet it won’t be long before they roll it out. We’ll keep you posted on developments..
